Your Added Safety: WMH GROUP GERMANY Invests in State-of-the-Art XRF Material Analysis
Our Commitment: Verified Material Quality – Exactly When It Matters
The new technology is used purposefully and as needed within our quality processes to reliably minimize potential errors:
- Incoming Goods Inspection: When necessary, we use the XRF device during incoming goods inspection to verify alloy composition. This ensures that only flawless material enters our supply chain – especially when additional assurance beyond mill test certificates is required.
- Mix-Up Inspection (PMI): Upon customer request, we perform mix-up inspections during production. This service helps detect and prevent material deviations at an early stage – a crucial safety factor that minimizes production errors and risks.
Our new analysis device, the FEnX-T, is a high-end spectrometer engineered in Germany and designed for the most demanding industrial environments.
- Precision: Reliable identification of common aluminium alloys as well as stainless steel, nickel, copper, and titanium alloys
- Speed: Analyses completed within seconds – directly on site and without interrupting production
- Documentation: Every measurement can be documented with camera images for maximum traceability
- Enhanced product safety: Additional testing provides greater confidence in your supply chain
- Risk minimization: Material mix-ups are detected and prevented early
- Highest standards: Our quality processes meet the strictest requirements – including EN 9100 and EN 9120
This investment is further evidence of the uncompromising commitment to quality that has defined WMH GROUP GERMANY for more than 90 years. As one of only two distributors in Germany with dual certification (EN 9100 as manufacturer and EN 9120 as distributor), we stand for transparency and the highest industry standards.
